No account, no subscription, no data held on your behalf. What is left is mostly: upload things you are allowed to upload, and check the numbers before you file them.

1. Using the service
Upload only documents you own or are authorised to process. Do not use the service to handle material you have no right to.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, work around its limits, or automate access in a way that degrades it for other people.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the statements you upload and the data extracted from them. We claim no ownership, and we make no other use of them — they are not retained, resold, or used as training data.
3. Availability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any given statement will convert successfully.
4. Accuracy
Extraction is performed by an AI model and is not guaranteed to be correct or complete. You are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it. See the disclaimer for the detail.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including losses that follow from inaccurate extraction. Your sole remedy is to stop using it.
6. Changes
These terms may be revised, and the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
